I can create a cake for any occasion - weddings, christenings, birthdays, Christmas, or just because you fancy some cake!

All the cakes are freshly made to order to ensure they are of the best quality for you.

I can design the cake completely for you, or if you have any ideas or designs you'd like me to use I can create a cake that's just right for your occassion.

Your cake can be any of the following flavours, or if you choose to have tiers you can mix and match the flavours:

• Vanilla sponge with raspberry jam and buttercream
• Chocolate cake with chocolate or vanilla buttercream
• Chocolate orange cake with chocolate or orange buttercream
• Rich chocolate fudge cake with chocolate ganache
• Lemon cake with lemon buttercream and lemon curd
• Rich brandy matured fruit cake
• Wheat free vanilla sponge (up to 7" only)

 

Cupcakes can have almost any sort of topping, with the most popular being either a swirl of buttercream or a fondant 'lid'.

Cupcakes can be any of the following flavours:

• Lemon and poppyseed
• Red velvet with cream cheese butter icing
• Wheat free - chocolate or vanilla
